A Few Days with Heaven's Family

Heaven’s Family … https://www.heavensfamily.org/ … is a global ministry helping thousands of people and assisting existing foreign ministries to share the gospel of Christ. Over the years they have greatly helped StoneHouse Ministries care for the needs of hundreds of families in Kenya.

Two weeks ago our newly finished guest house, located inside Windy Hill Christian Community was opened, not with just any family staying there, but with a ‘Heaven’s Family’!

Last month it was Rachel and Diane, and this month was Burt and Patty.

We and our staff loved the time of fellowship and ministry we had while they were with us.

Diane is a Ministry Director for Heaven’s Family (HF) Food and Water projects.

Rachel is a Ministry Director of Education and Medical/Disability.

Burt and Patty oversee the Human Trafficking Ministry. Yet, all of them do the work of an evangelist and disciple-maker wherever they go. Such are the wonderful people of ‘Heaven’s Family’ who refresh us every time they’re here.

The day after Diane and Rachel arrived in Nairobi, we got up early the next morning and drove to Kibera….

….where breakfast was served at the home of our overseers Lillian and Sospeter.

After attending a short Sunday service with our church we fed the children.

This last week, we were blessed with Burt and Patty staying with us for five days. Most of the time they were out ministering to troubled and needy people with a ministry that helps people involved with human trafficking.

We are blessed to partner with ‘Heaven’s Family Ministry’ so please continue to pray for us and them as we continue to share the love of our Father here with the people of Kenya.
